About The Founder

I'm Candice!

Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Alchemy Sound Healer, Qigong Instructor, and Certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breath Work Facilitator.

I spent most of my adult life in high-pressure corporate roles until burnout hit me and I lost myself in my role. I turned to natural healing modalities and reclaimed, not just my wellbeing but myself.

I now dedicate my work to sharing those exact healing techniques with the world, so that no one else experiences the chronic stress and burnout that takes you away from the most precious resource you have...yourself.

Trained as a psychotherapist and natural wellness provider, Candice knows true wellbeing blends mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual needs and humans can't be whole if one of those "legs of the chair" are broken or weak.

Are your wellness programs suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! All programs are accessible to individuals at all levels of their wellness journey.

Can I purchase packages or do I have to schedule one session at a time?

Yes, we offer and recommend packages for services. When you purchase a package, not only do you save money but it keeps you consistent which accelerates your wellness goals. Let Candice know what your goals are and she'll help you decide the best fit for your wellness goals.

How does Reiki work?

Energy flows where attention goes. The practitioner will place her hands gently on different areas of your body to promote a healthy flow of energy to that area strengthening your body's natural ability to relax and heal.

What should I bring to a class?

For all services, we recommend comfortable clothing. For movement classes and sound baths specifically, mats and blankets are provided. So, you can bring a water bottle and whatever creature comforts you prefer.
